CANTERBURY PRODUCE MARKET. Christchurch, June 10.
In the grain and produce market there are very few offerings from the country, oats and chaff being specially hard to obtain. The oats market is without change, but oatsheaf chaff is firmer, and £6 10s per ton at stations with long railage ia being offered, and up to £1 at handier stations. There is a more active demand for red clover, and up to la 3d per lb is now being paid. The potato market is quiet, buyers for the time being not being prepared to purchase, as fewer inquiries are coming to hand. The price is still £6 per ton at .gauntry station*. °-
