LADIES' CLUB. At the Waiwakaiho links yesterday afternoon the I.adies Golf Club completed the eclectic match for seniors and juniors, for prizes donated by Mrs. Gray. Following are the best scores returned:— Seniors: Mrs. .Johns, 95—1!)—7(1; Miss Read, 05—21—77; Miss Gilbert, 10(i—2!) —77; Miss Putt, 108—30—78. Juniors (14 holes): Miss Cut,field, 50—36—50; Miss King, of>—3o—.lo; Miss Morrison, 06—38—fiO; Miss Bremer, 108—3u—72.
On Tuesday next a senior and junior flag match will be played.
At the Waiwakaiho links to-morrow a bogey mateli will be played. On Saturday . 14th and Thursday lilth respectively the first rounds of the Standish Cup competition will be played, entries for which close with the captain (Mr Robertsliaw) on Friday evening, 13th inst. The conditions of play will be similar to last year, match play on bogey handicaps. Partners will be
drawn, and the winners of the Thursday and Saturday rounds will play off on a day to be arranged.
