THE ABAPAWA The Northern Company's Arapawa anchored Inside the breakwater at 7.45 yesterday morning, having been unable to work, the Opunake port for which It was bound from Wanganul. She satled again at 2.50 in the afternoon for Onehunga, where she will load cement for New Plymouth, returning here probably to-morrow. She may proceed to Opunake from New Plymouth.

THE ALEXANDER. The Alexander completed the discharge of coal and sailed for Westport at about 5.30 last evening. She loads coal for Tarakohe, and will there load cement for New Plymouth, arriving here again about Saturday next. THE BADEN POWELL. The Baden Powell Is expected to be ready to sail for Wellington this afternoon. THE CORINNA. The Corlnna brought no Wellington cargo on her present trip. She Is loading a consignment of cheese, and Is scheduled to sail for Wellington at noon to-day. THE RARAWA. The Rarawa Is due as usual this morning, and will return north after the arrival of tlie mall train to-night. THE WHAKATANE. Messrs. Stocker and Humphries, agents for the New Zealand Shipping Company, were advised yeßterday that the liner Whnkatane Is scheduled to.arrive at New Plymouth on Monday, June 16, two days later than previously advised. THE POHERUA. The Poherua was scheduled to leave Wellington at 10 p.m. yesterday. She should reach New Plymouth In time to commence discharging her cargo this afternoon.
