Present indications are for southerly winds, veering to westerlies and then ircreasing, strong to gale. The weather is likely to become warmer temporarily In the East Coast districts, but an unfavorable change may be expected everywhere shortly, and rain soon in the West Coast and southernmost districts. The barometer will fall after about 16 hours, and will probably be low in the Bouth.
