The Rarawa brought a very large number of passengers from Onehunga on Saturday, anil' left the same evening to return to that port,. She is due again on Tuesday morning. THE T-'AmgA I The Kahika, after discharging 330 tons of coal, was sent from New Plymouth to Greymouth on Saturday, Instead of Wellington, owing to the Eemuera being delayed In leaving Wellington. THE CORINJTA. The Corinna arrive dat ? io a.m. yesterday from Wellington, and to-d\y ,vi!l discharge her Inward cargo, and then take a consignment ot cheese, butter, etc., to Wellington. rHE KATt.VM 7. The Karamu arrived from Dunedln at 1 p.m. on Friday, and left on Saturday for Greymouth. THE ALEXANDER. The Alexander arrived at 7 p.m. on Saturday from Westport, bringing 284 tons of coal for tha Harbor Board, and will leave again to-night for Westport. THE BADEN POWELL. The Baden Powell arrived at the breakwater at midnight on Saturday from Wellington. She brings a full cargo, and Is hardly likely to g« away to-night. THE ARMAGH. The Armagh is expected to leave Brisbane on June 10 for Waitara, Wanganui and Wellington. At the above-mentioned ports the Armagh loads for Home.
WRECK OF THE KOONYA. The Union Company's Koonva has been wrecked at Sandy Cape, Tasmania. No details are available. THE TQITA. The Union Steam Ship Company announces that arrangements have been mado for He Tofua, now being reconditioned at Port Chalmers, to enter the San Francisco service early In July in place of the Paloona. Tho latter vessel withdraws on arrival at Wellington at the end of June from San Francisco, which port she left at 1 p.m. on Wednesday last. A HEAVY SQUALL. Whilst being towed to a collier In tho Ginborne harbor on Saturday morning two lighters belonging to the Glsborne Sheep Farmers' Company were blown aslioro during a heavy southerly squall. The lighters ara undamaged and it is expected there will bo no difficulty In refloating them at high tide, the weather having moderated. A wharf laborer named Andy Smilh aboard one of tho lighters sustained a fractured lej.
