THE WOOL MARKET. Received June C, 5.5 p.m. London, May 28. At Bradford there was a good inquiry for merinos and fine crossbreds contiuue m slightly better tone. Low medium prices were well maintained. London, June 6. At the wool sales,' all greasy merinos tad fine crossbreds showed a 5 per cent. advance; scoured unchanged; low crossbreds par to 5 per cent, advance. The advance maximum prices were realised /or merinos, 67d, and for scoured 80d. f THE METAL MARKET. London, May 20. Copper—£7B 16s 3d and £7»'vßf fld. Lead—£24 5s and £23 ids: Tin—23sJd and 230% d.
