DOMINION WINTER SHOW.
HAWERA POULTRY SECTION. This year the poultry section will be specially good and interesting, because th> bliow hay for competition all the Wysuidotte Club's shields, cup and. special prizes. These will comprise challenge shields as follows:—The Jarvis, the Golden Wyandotte, the Partridge Wyandotte, the White Wyandotte. In addition there will be the champion cup, value £§o, to be awarded to the best male or female in all varieties of Wyan. dottes exhibited by members at the club's annual special prize competition. There are also ten specials of £1 each. The North Island Association have allotted the championships for Black Kinorcas, Utility Brown Leghornß, bantams, A.O.V. but Game and Pckins, and Silver and Partridge Wyandottes. A points prize (a £3 3s cup) will be given by the Winter Show Committee. The classes have been carefully revised, and numerous classes added to make the exhibition as attractive and comprehensive as pof.sible. Entries will close on Saturday, June 14, at 10 p.m.
