"This talk of keeping everything away from polities is wrong," said the Hon. J. T. Paul, of Dunedin, at the townplanning conference. "I think what should be done is l to remodel polities to make them clean, so that any human activity is not debased by association with them, but, ou the contrary, is lifted up and elevated."
