MR. HILEY FAREWETXED. By Telegraph —Press Assn.—Copyright. Wellington, Last Night. A representative gathering of railway servants in Wellington, with the district officers; of the Department from all over the Dominion, met at the railway head office to-night to farewell Mr. Hiley, lately general manager. Mr. McVilly, the new general manager, presided. The Hon. W. H. Herries presented Mr. Hiley with three albums of New Zealand views, and mentioned that a writing cabinet of New Zealand woods and the albums were the farewell gift from tlie whole of the railway service.
