DISGRUNTLED AMERICAN i DELEGATE. RESIGNS FROM CONFERENCE. Received May 30, 7.55 p.m. London, May 29L'Huraanite publishes a letter in which W. M. Bullit announced liis resignation from the American delegation to the Peace Conference. He complains bitterly of President Wilson's acquiescence in the decisions regarding Russia, Shantung, Tyrol, Thrace, Hungary, the Saar Valley, Danzig, and the abandonment of the freedom of the seas doctrine. —Aug.
