Received May 28, 9.30 p.m. London, May 27. The fall of Petrograd is imminent. The Allies have arranged for provisioning the city. Received May 28, 10.15 p.m. London, May 27. It is believed the Entente's recognition of General Koltehak is imminentM. Seminoff, interviewed in London, explained that all parties except tlio Bolsheviks were associated with General Koltehak. BOLSHEVIK ADVANCE ARRESTED. London, May 16. General Deniken has completely stopped the Bolshevist advance eastward of the Sea of Azof. His counteroffensive is forcing the enemy to retire and re-cross the Manitch river. 300 BRITISH BOATS. Copenhagen, May IC. Three hnndred British ships have passed Bergen, going towards Archangel. They are mostly flat-bottomed 1000-ton boats, able to navigate the Russian rivers.
