DIFFICULTY OF DECIDING ON COMMON DAY. ' By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. Sir James Allen said that no reply had been received from., the British Government as to when it was going l to hold its peace celebrations, and the Dominion celebration would take place as arranged after the signing of the preliminary peaee.
