The debenture holders in the Auckland Electric Tramways passed a resolution assenting to the sale to the Auckland Corporation. LABOR AND THE WAR. London, May 15. A conference of the Triple Alliance and Trades' Union Parliamentary Party discussed methods of enforcing the resolutions, cabled on April 17. It was decided'to defer decision until the Parliamentary Committee had consulted the Government. [The resolutions referred to were to the effect that the Trade Union Congress should convene a national conference to decide upon action in connection with the demand for the withdrawal of conscription, the immediate raising of the blockade, withdrawal of troops from Russia, and the release of conscientious objectors.]'
