Wellington, Last Night, ""resent indications are for moderate and variable winds, with southerlles prevailing northwards of Eawhia and East Cape, and westerlies elsewhere. The weather is fair, mild and hazy generally, but cloudiness increasing shortly, especially In the northern and east coast districts. The barometer shows little movement, but will be falling everywhere soon.
