To the Editor. Sir,—l am very pleased to see t>at * Mr J. Simpson, of Durluim Road./JiaT , Studied what is causing the sprtfid of noxious weeds in the district, ctfecially blackberry and ragwort. Allowing the berries and seed to ripen before cut- .' tuig is, no doubt, the principal cause. ; I have noticed for several years around y the district that most of the weed* .
