CABLE CONGESTION, Sydney, May 15. Cable congestion is again very pronounced. One of the causes is the large amount of official business passing with the Ministers in Europe. In commemoration of .the Allied victory the Australian Jockey Club is establishing a house foT permanently disabled soldiers and sailors, also a fund for the relief of distressed trainers and Jaekeysi. BENEFICIAL RAINS. Sydney, May 16. The rain is widely extended and there have been good falls in many outback districts relieving the long continued disastrous drought.
