REPATRIATION BOARDS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, May 15. Tlie following Maori members have been added to repatriation boards to safe-guard tho interests of Maori soldiers. Wellington, Captain Tahiwi; Levin, Lieutenant Horo Karanti; Palmerston, Lieutenant Karkeek; Morton, Corporal Itangi Marumaru; Wanganui, Lieutenant Mete Kingi; Te Kuiti, Lieutenant T. Hetet; Teawamutu, Lieutenant M. Joneß; Hamilton, Mr Tony Orrasby; Thames, Mr H. Koera. THE GOVERNOU-G-ENERAL. Whangarei, May 15. The Governor-General, .in the course of his farewell itinerary, visited Whangarei to-day, accompanied by the Countess of Liverpool, An official open-air reception was accorded them, the proceedings being very cordial.. An illuminated address was presented by the citizens, and a speech of welcome was given by representatives of the Ngatihini tribe, who also made a present to the Countess. They were entertained to luncheon, and visited the hospital, soldiers'sanatorium and other places of interest. They are due to depart this afternoon en route for Tauranga.
