LONDON WOOL SALES. Messrs. Dalgety and Company, Limited, are In receipt of a cable from their Loudon office under date of the 6th instant, reading as follows : "Second series of Government wool sales opened to-day. The selection taken generally was poor but met with fair competition. Good combing Merinos and fine crossbreds are 5 per cent, dearei, whilst low quality crossbreds are 5 per cent, jheaper, and all other sorts unchanged."
