THE EX-KAISER.
DIFFICULTIES OF EXTRADITION. Received May 14, 5.5 p.m. London, May 13. The Daily News' Paris correspondent states that a difficulty has arisen in connection with demanding the ex-Kaiser's extradition. Belgium declines the responsibility, America is opposed to the trial, and is therefore out of court. Italy is little interested in the question. Delicacy arises respecting England in view of King George's relationship to William. There will probably be collective action, unless France undertakes the task. *
I* Matin suggests the names of the possible judgas include Lord Reading (Britain), Mr. Taft or Mr Hughes (America), and M. Bourgeoise (France). —Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
