ADVANCE OF THE ROUMANIANS. HUNGARIAN ARMY INEFFECTIVE. Received May 13, 10 p.m. London, May 10. Tho Australian Press Association learns that the Roumanians have advanced to the river Tneiss, on which, they have a bridgehead, at Szolnok, fifty miles south-east of Budapest. Their advance has been facilitated by the extreme disorganisation and lack of disciplitKi of the Hungarian army, of which only, 23,000 men are of any military value.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
