Dear Sir,—A few days ago I promised your Mr. Le Grice I would write and let you know my opinion of your two-cow plant installed here last season. In every respect it has proved itself all you represented it to be. When I took over the management of this dairy I must admit that I felt rather doubtful of its merits, but I can assure you after giving it a fair trial in every way, its mechanical operation and sanitary effects, I could not possibly wish for better results, as many satisfied users of our milk can testify. I am quite prepared to demonstrate publicly that I can produce milk for any town supply, to say the least, equal to the very best hand produced, and far better than the bulk generally supplied in that way for town delivery.
