Viekers have entered another biplane for the Transatlantic flight The machine ferries two standard 350 horsepower Rolls-Royce engines, with petrol capacity of 565 gallons. The speed exceeds 100 miles per hour. The pilot will be Captain J. Alcock, who served in Turkey, and who takes the aeroplane to Newfoundland.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
