ROUMANIAN OPERATIOK6. London, May 5. '* Advices have been received that the armies invading Hungary were making good progress. Practically the whole of the Roumanian army was mobilised, and the military situation in Koumania was regarded as absolutely safe. After tho occupation of Budapest the Roumanians are ready to advance against the Bolsheviks in any direction.
