Replying to Colonel Norton Griffiths with reference to the development of. an Imperial Cabient, Mr. Edward Shortt (Secretary for the Home Office) said the Dominion Premiers now had the right to nominate a visiting or resident Minister in London to be a member of the Imperial War Cabinet, except in such session? as the Premier of the Dominion concerned may be attending personally.
