RETURNED SOLDIERS.
NAPIER RESOLUTIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, Last Night. The annual meeting of the Napier Returned Soldiers' Association passed remits as follows: That a conference with the Government be asked; that aggregation of land be checked; that permanently disabled pensions be increased; that matriculation be dispensed with; that Anzac Day be made a statutory holiday; that a sole Minister for repatriation be appointed, not necessarily a M.P.; that the mufti allowance be made restrospective. Messrs G. P. Aldj ridge and B. Malone were appointed delegates to the Christchurch. conference,
