The Baden Powell, which was scheduled to leave Wellington for New Plymouth at midnight on Monday, did not sail until noon yesterday. She will reach here to-day. THE RARAWA. The Rarawa did not reach New Plymouth Until 12 30, p.m. yesterday, having been still further delayed at the Manukau bar. Shei left again for the north after the arrival of the mall train last night.
