SUCCESSFUL LAND SALE. At Levin, on Wednesday, Abraham and Williams, Ltd., submitted to public auction the Davies estates at Koputaroa and Heatherlea. There was an attendance of over 300 farmers from all parts of the North Island, and the bidding waß good throughout. Mr. Ritchie Abraham conducted the sale, and every lot was sold under the hammer at the following prices: Lot 1, 77 acres 3roods 22 perches, at £53 per acre, to Mr. Francis Graham, Shannon. Lot 2, 93 acres 1 rood 21 perches, at £53 per acre, to Mr. Chris Federson, Palmerston North. Lot 3, 02 acres 3 roods 29 perches, at £46 per acre, to Mr. S. V. Kllshy, Koputaroa. Lot 4 (homestead), 179 acres 3 roods 1 perch, at £OO per acre, to Mr. Andrew D. Guy, Palmerston North. Lot 5, 49 acres 3 roods, at'£4o per acre, to Mr. K. G. Guy, Palmerston North. Lot 6, 42 acres 1 rood 23.0 perches, at £52 10s per acre, to Mr. E. H. Kldd, Palmerston North. Lot 7, 100 acres 3 rqod3 22 perches, at £52 10s per acre, to Mr. E. H. Kidd; Palmerston North. Lot 8, 52 acres 3 roods IS perches, at £44 10s per acre, to Mr. J. Collls, Mahgaweka Lot 9, 46 acres S roods 25 perches, at £52 10s per acre, to Mrs. C. Kllsby, Koputaroa i Lot 14, 60 acre 3 3 roods 8 perches, at £63 10s' per acres,.to Mr. Fred Davies, Koputaroa ' Lot 15', 64 acres 20. perches, at £63 10s per acre, to Mr. Fred. Davies, Koputaroa ; Lot 16, 62 acres 1 rood 10 perches, at £7l acre, to Mr. Fred Davies, Koputaroa Lot 17, 80 acres 1 rood 6 perches and with 80 acres, at rental of 12s 0d per acre 1' m £ S, J cr - tlcfe (for freehold) to Mr' A.
