Word was received by the local manager of the Northern Steamship Company, Ltd., last night that the Barawa would leave Manukau at 11 o'clock. Bhe may, therefore, he expected here about 10 o'clock this morning, and will return north as usual to-night. There was no shipping movement at Now Plymouth yesterday. To-day's expected arrivals are the Barawa from Onetranga and the, Baden Powell from Wellington. The Ngataita* is expected to-morrow from Greymouth. STEAMEKS FOR OVERSEA PORTS.
