The Mnrinan position is as firm as a rook. The British Governor of Archangel believes that with the reinforcements now en route a decision will be forced this summer. Genaral Ironside report from Archangel, under date April 30, that there has been no activity on the British front since April 28. Three enemy boats appeared on the Dwina river opposite the British front. Deserters continue to arrive. An official announcement states that the Bolshevik Government suggested exchanging the prisouered members of the British mission in the Caucasus for cer. tain Russians.
