INCREASE IN PRICES. Sydney, May 2. Mr. Holinan states that the increases in the price of coal under Commonwealth control will involve an additionalpayment of one million by New South Wales consumers, and that the State Government has instituted an inquiry because of a threat that, by an arrangement between the employers and the employees, the public will be forced to make these extra payments.
