Reports received by the State Impertinent from neutral sources state that the Bolshevik regime in Russia is collapsing. It is understood that Lenin, and Trotsky sought refuge in Scandinavia, Switzerland, Spain or Germany, but they were refused admittance everywhere. The oniy possibility now is Hungary.
