RUSSIA.
THE BOLSHEVIK REGIME. OVER m RUSSIA, LENIN AND TROTSKY LOOKING FOR SAFE QUARTERS. Received May 1, 5.5 p.m. Washington, April 30. Reports received by the State Impertinent from neutral sources state that the Bolshevik regime in Russia is collapsing. It is understood that Lenin, and Trotsky sought refuge in Scandinavia, Switzerland, Spain or Germany, but they were refused admittance everywhere. The oniy possibility now is Hungary. The American view is that the days of of Bolshevism are ended.—Aus. N # Z. Cable Assoc. Washington, April 30. Baron Goto, in a speech, said that, if the Russians invited Japan's co-opera-tion in the development of Siberia, Japan would not shirk the responsibility. A thousand refugees have arrived J from Russia, including some of the nob- i lest families and three Russian coun- j tessea who had been washing plates in a military hospital.
