ADMIRAL SIMS ON GENERAL MAURICE. London, April 29. Admiral Sims refused to appear at a Victory Loan meeting with General Maurice. Admiral Sims said the fighting men cannot understand why General Maurice was not shot when he wrote the letter affecting the moral of the Allied forces and civilians.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
