ARRIVAL OF GERMAN DELEGATES. FOUR REACH- VERSAILLES. Paris, April 25. The German peace delegates have arrived at Versailles.—Aus-N.Z. Cable Association. Paris, April 24. The German Government has officially announced that the German delegates will be unable to reach Versailles before May 1. It is also announced that seven journalists will accompany the mission. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. Paris, April 25. In correction of a previous message it is stated four German delegates have reached Versailles. MEXICO OFFENDED. Washington, April 25. There is bitter resentment in Mexico at the failure to be invited to send a representative as a neutral to Paris, especially in view of the Mevicanism repugnance to Monroeism. —Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE WAR. „ Paris, April 25. The American minority report on responsibility for the war refuses to countenance the prosecution of the heads of the State for illegal acts where the people have a responsible Government, therefore the Kaiser is not pun-ishable.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
