RECONCILING DIFFERENCES. FOOD WILL CONQUER BOLSHEVISM. Received April 27, 5.5 p.m. New York, April 25. Lord Reading, in a speech at a farewell dinner tendered by foreign press correspondents, said: "A way will be found to reconcile the differences at the Peace Conference. I believe such reconciliation is now occurring. Democracy must reckon with Bolshevism in Eastern Europe. Food will conquer Bolshevism, but the problem is to ensure an equitable distribution of food in Russia under the Lenin-Trotsky regime. I am convinced that Bolshevism cannot long exist." — Aus.-N.Z.
