ADVANCE ON HUNGARY, CZECHOSLOVAKS AND ROUMANIANS, ■Received April 27, 5.5 p.m. London, April 25. Reports from Vienna state that ah army of £IBO,OOO Ozeeho-Slovaks have reached the Hungarian frontier. The Roumanians continue the advance. The Transylvanians are co-operating.—United Service. ROUMANIANS IN TRANSYLVANIA. _ A REPORTED DEFEAT. . Received April 27 s 5.5 p.m. London, April 25. Advices from Budapesth state that the Roumanians attacking Transylvania v-'ere defeated, with heavy losses, and retired to the eastern frontier line. ANOTHER LEAGUE OF NATIONS. EVOLVED BY GERMANY. Received April 2G, 5.5 p.m. Copenhagen, April 25. The German Government has issued tiii' draft of a constitution of another League of Nations, of which all belligerents and neutsals who were parties to the League Convention arc eligible for membership. The constitution provides for the reduction of armaments, the interuationalisation of all straits and canals, the abolition of armed ships except those required for coastal defence and the League's police force_ —Aus. In response to the Budapesth Government's appeal to the Entente to suspend hostilities, the Entente representative in Paris has sent a British military mission from Vienna to Budapesth to inves-tigate.—Aus.-N.Z.
