IMPORTATION OF WINE. London, April 24. The Board of Trade has re-granted permission to import wine without license. MEXICO AND THE MONROE DOCTRINE. Mexico City, April 24. It is announced unofficially that Mexico refuses to recognise the Monroe doctrine. The Mexican Ambassador in Paris has been ordered to Spain to await instructions.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
