It is reported that 00,000 Allied troops are concentrated at Neustadt, as a Roumanian reserve, and will march to BudaPesth this week. Martial law is being enforced at Hamburg, Altona and Wandsbek, in consequence of the mob storming the police motor cars and seizing arms.
