J. Deare•Mr. M. Fraser. Air. E. R. C. Gilmour. •Mr. F. J. Hill. Mr. G. T. Langley. Harbor Board. •Mr. C. E. Bellringer. •Mr. J. S. Connett. Mr. W. H. Fitzpatrick. •Denotes sitting members. Eight councillors are required to be elected, three representatives on the Hospital Board, and two on the Harbor Board. The elections take place on Wednesday, April 30, Pahiatua.—Mr. Crewe was returned unopposed. Dunedin, April 22. The following were nominated for the city mayoralty: Crs- Wm. Begg, Robert S Black, Robert Gilkison, Dr. Gordon Mac Donald. Twenty-three candidates were nominated for the eighteen seats oil the council.
