EGMONT RACING CLTJB. NOMINATIONS FOR WINTER MEETING. Owners and trainers are reminded that nominations for all events for the Egmont Racing Club's winter meeting, to be held at Hawera on May 14 arid 15, close with the secretary, Mr. V. B, Stratton, at Hawera, on Thursday evening at 8 p.m. The programme is a splendid one, and the various events, which include open and hack steeplechases, hurdle races, and flat events, are very liberally endowed with prize money, and everything points to the secretary being kept busy receiving nominations between now and Thursday.
