RETURNING SOLDIERS.
EGYPTIAN FORCE LANDED, By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, April 10. The Kaikoura, with 1112 New Zealand troops from Egypt, was berthed this morning, and the troops all disembarked, A large number were Berving with the- Mounted Division across the Jordan Valley when the armistice was signed. When the Kaikoura left Suez there were no signs of native nn--nst. except that the natives were very cheeky The men for Taranaki. 'Manawatu,' and Hawke's Bay left by the ordinary trains this morning. The Auckland men left by a special express at 2 p.m,
