A Hungarian wireless message states that Belakun, in an interview, said that the negotiations with General Smuts were most cordial, and there was every reason to hope that tho Entente did not contemplate attacking the Hungarian Republic. General Smuts sympathetically viewed the conference representing the States formerly included in Austria. Hungary at Prague and Vienna for the purpose of considering boundaries and economic relations.
