BREACHES OF THE ACT. Ashburton, April 17. The returning officer found that one voter had voted at two booth*. Baa votes were both disallowed, and a prosecution will follow under section U it the 1918 Licensing Ait. Thirteen denUttations were also found to be fake, tut action will also be taken under section. 1$ of the 1914 Act.
