ARMENIAN MASSACRES. SENTENCES ON CULPRITS. Received April 18, 5.5 p.m. Constantinople, April 10. The trial concerning the Armenian massacres has resulted in the Governor of Kemal being sentenced to death by being publicly hanged in Stamboul, while the ex-commander of the Gendarmerie (Yozghad) has been sentenced to fifteen years' imprisonment.—Aus. and N.Z, Cable Assoc.
