TERRORISM IN BUDAPEST. London, April 13. Berlin advices state that a train conveying 500 refugees, mostly Germans, arrived from Budapest, where firing is going on day and night. The Soviet soldiers hold up men and women in the streets and rob them of money and jewels. They ivade cafes and hoteis and terrorise and rob the occupants. The bulk of the population is opposed to the Soviet, but is helpless without arms.
