CommunUts in Munich overthrew the Soviet Gov•hunent, and established a central council of fire workmen and five soldiers, with a bricklayer as President. Other soldiers and workmen elected a council, and ordered tlu. Communists to abdicate. Both councils are calling on the troops for protection. A PEACE OF CONCILIATIONS. DEMANDED BY THE ASSEMBLY. London, April 13. A German wireless communique states that at Weimar, the Assembly, by an overwhelming majority, carried a resolution stating that the German nation claiuua peace treaty corresponding with PiiMideht Wilson's programme, which all the .belligerents have accepted as the bitjdt of peace.
