PROPOSED NATIONALISATION. London, April 3. The Advisory Council of the Ministry of Construction advocates nationalising electric power on a strictly commercial basis so as to be able to supply cheaper than now. They express the opinion that the nation is losing £100,000,000 yearly through failure to take full advantage of electrical progress.
