Carson and the Kaiser, particularly in regard to a luncheon party Mr. Bonar Law stated that all the talk regarding this subject was without foundation. Mr. Devlin suggested that it had just as much foundation as the alleged German plot in Ireland. Mr. Bonar Law said he regretted the contrary was the case.—Aus.-N,Z. Cable Assn.
