RESTRICTED TRADE. OPENED WITH EVERY COUNTRY. Received April 18, 11.5 p.m. New York, April 2. It is officially announced that restricted trade will be resumed with Germany and Austria by the United States and the Allied countries, beginning to-day. The re-exportation of goods from Germany and Austria, is forbidden, except with the permission of the interallied authorities in Vienna.—Aus. and N.Z. Cable Association.
