RETENTION OF LIMBURG. Received &pril 13, 5.5 p.m. The Hague, April 9. A deputation from the Limburg Province waited on the Queen, the Premier declaring their desire to remain Dutch. They presented a petition signed by 172,543 persons. The Queen has since declared she would never abandon Lim-burg.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn,
