REPARATION SCHEME APPROVED. Paris, April 9. The Council of Pour approved the reparation clause specifying that enenij; countries must admit responsibility for the loss and damage suffered by the Aljied Associated Nations, also the citizens as due to unjustifiable aggression. —Aua.-N.Z. Cable Assn. REMOVAL OF OBSTACLES TO PEACE Paris, April 9. It is announced that Mr. Lloyd George will go to London oil Monday and address Parliament on Tuesday. He will return to Paris on Wednesday, and expects the final draft of the treaty to be completed upon his return, subject to ratification at the plenary sessions. The Council of Four has definitely determined the Kaiser's responsibility for the war, together with the means of bringing him to trial, probably by Belgium, but it is understood that the idea of executing Willielm has been eliminated. Definite terms of reparation have been settled under which 1000 millions sterling must be paid within the next two years. The Inter-Allied Commission will assess the remaining damages payable over a period of 30 years. The two greatest obstacles to the rapid attainment of peace have thus been removed. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. ALLEGED DOMINION COMPLAINT. London, April 8. The Paris correspondent of the Daily Express states that the Dominion delegates are profoundly ' disturbed at the situation at the conference, and declare that they will be unable to justify the treaty to the several Parliaments, because they have had no voice in shaping it, —Aus.-N.Z.
